Yes. We’re a registered NDIS provider, which means we can deliver supports to agency-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants. Our NDIS registration covers Assistance with Daily Life, Community Participation, Community Nursing, Assist Personal Activities, Short-Term Accommodation, Behaviour Support, High-Intensity Support, and Specialist Support Coordination.
Which areas do you service?
Can you work with my plan manager or support coordinator?
Yes. We work daily with plan managers and support coordinators across South East Queensland. We provide properly itemised invoices, service agreements that map cleanly to plan line items, and shift reports that hold up at plan reviews.
How quickly can you start?
Most participants have their first shift within 7–10 days of the first phone call. For urgent or hospital-discharge situations, we can often start within 48 hours.
What if I want to change providers?
Changing NDIS providers is your right and we make it simple. Give your current provider the notice period stated in their service agreement (usually 14 days), tell your support coordinator or plan manager, and we handle the handover from our end.
Do you charge above the NDIS Price Guide?
No. Our pricing matches the NDIS Price Guide. You pay from your plan, not out of pocket. If your plan is fully funded for the supports you need, there are no additional costs.
