Years Experience

A registered NDIS provider Brisbane you can actually reach

Most NDIS providers promise personalised care. Most participants will tell you the service doesn’t quite match the brochure. We’ve been doing community support for more than 20 years, and in that time we’ve worked out where the gap usually opens up. It’s almost always communication.

That’s why every participant at Aussie Bridge Care has a named coordinator, a direct line to management, and a support plan that gets reviewed when circumstances change — not once a year because the system says so.

We’re a registered NDIS provider. That means our staff are screened and trained to NDIS Practice Standards, our pricing aligns with the NDIS Price Guide, and we’re accountable to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. If you’re plan-managed or self-managed, we can work with you too. Being registered just means we can also work with agency-managed plans.

Why Participants Choose Us

What is an NDIS Provider?

Let us explore who the service providers of NDIS are.

NDIS providers are just like its backbone. The term service provider here refers to the organizations as well as the individuals who deliver support to the people with disability of Australia who are eligible for the scheme. They provide significant support to the participants in order to help them achieve their goals. This does not mean that they run any disability or health business. The providers deliver an extreme range of services as well as support. They provide a funded service to the participants of NDIS. The services offered are extensive — from cleaning to speech therapy, as well as disability accommodation. These service providers do not require any sort of registration, yet some choose to get themselves registered with the NDIS. It has a code of conduct which is specifically designed to protect the participants of NDIS and to ensure that the participants receive quality service. It covers aspects like taking steps to prevent any form of abuse and respecting customers’ privacy. Out of all the Brisbane NDIS service providers, Aussie Bridge Care offers the best support services.

What is the National Disability Insurance Scheme?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme, also known as NDIS, refers to a funded programme by the Australian government. It provides disabled people with support. It also gives them funding for necessary and reasonable reasons in order to help them achieve their goals and pursue their dreams, such as employment. This scheme offers a lifetime approach to disability support with an aim to improve long-term results for the participants.

How It Works

NDIS Support Process, How to Access NDIS providers Services Brisbane.
The support process of NDIS includes the application filing for the NDIS. It starts with an authorization request for determining eligibility. If found eligible, then a meeting is held for planning and discussing the goals, as well as for creating a support plan. This plan features the supports which are necessary as well as reasonable. With the help of the NDIS partner, the plans are then implemented. You can contact the NDIS directly or via the NDIS website to access the request process for the NDIS services in Brisbane. The local area coordinator will connect with you after checking your age and location and assist you further, or else you will be contacted directly by the NDIS if no partner is available in that area. You can choose Aussie Bridge Care as your NDIS service provider in Brisbane, as we are helping numerous people with mental health challenges to cope with them and also provide a recovery-oriented care plan for their well-being. Our registered nurses bring decades of combined clinical experience in the healthcare industry.
