NDIS Community Nursing in Moreton Bay — Registered Nurses In Your Home

About Our Service in Moreton Bay

Registered nurses providing NDIS community nursing across Moreton Bay, in the participant’s home. Wound care, catheter management, diabetes support, medication administration, PEG feeding, and complex clinical care — delivered by nurses who understand both the clinical task and the NDIS context that surrounds it.
Moreton Bay is a huge region stretching from the Redcliffe Peninsula across to the D’Aguilar Range. The population skews older than Brisbane’s average, which means a higher concentration of age-related disability alongside the younger participants in the growth corridors of North Lakes and Mango Hill. Bribie Island adds its own layer — an island community with specific transport considerations.

Why Choose Aussie Bridge Care in Moreton Bay

Our Moreton Bay nursing team is based in the region. That means shorter travel times, faster response for urgent clinical issues, and nurses who know the local GP practices, Redcliffe Hospital and Caboolture Hospital (major public), plus St Vincent’s Private Caboolture, and specialist clinics. Clinical care at home only works when the nurse can actually get there when needed — which is why we don’t service Moreton Bay from a Brisbane-only roster.

Getting to Appointments and Activities

The Redcliffe Peninsula line (through Kippa-Ring, Rothwell, Mango Hill, Murrumba Downs, Petrie) connects the east of the region. The North Coast line (through Caboolture, Burpengary, Narangba, Strathpine, Brendale) runs north-south. Bribie Island is bridge-accessible with frequent buses. Key health facilities we regularly support participants to: Redcliffe Hospital and Caboolture Hospital (major public), plus St Vincent’s Private Caboolture.
