NDIS Provider Logan — Full Service Support Across the Region
Supporting NDIS Participants Across Logan
Aussie Bridge Care is a registered NDIS provider operating across Logan. We’ve supported NDIS participants in the region for years, with a local team, local knowledge, and a full range of NDIS services delivered from Beenleigh, Logan Central, Springwood, Loganholme, Waterford and Browns Plains.
Logan is one of the most culturally diverse regions in Queensland — around 40% of residents were born overseas, speaking more than 200 languages. It’s also one of the fastest-growing NDIS regions. We’ve supported participants here since before the scheme was called the NDIS, and we’ve built our Logan team to reflect the communities we work in.

Local Knowledge Matters
A registered NDIS provider that doesn’t know the region is always playing catch-up. Our Logan team lives and works in the region, which means practical knowledge you actually benefit from every shift:
- Familiarity with local landmarks and services — Logan Hospital, Logan Central Library, Meadowbrook TAFE, and Griffith University Logan Campus
- Transport knowledge — Logan is well served by the South East rail corridor (Beenleigh line) with stations at Beenleigh, Loganlea, Kingston, and Woodridge. We collect participants from all major train stations and know the bus routes that connect the suburbs that rail doesn't reach.
- Health services — we regularly coordinate with Logan Hospital (the major public hospital) and the Mater Private Logan — /ndis-behaviour-support/
- Cultural and community connections reflecting the diversity of Logan

Frequently Asked Questions — NDIS Services in Logan
Do you service every suburb in Logan?
Yes. Our Logan roster covers every suburb in the region. Some suburbs have a higher concentration of participants and more worker availability; others we serve on a smaller scale. Either way, we don’t turn away Logan participants based on suburb.
Can I change from my current NDIS provider in Logan?
Yes. Changing NDIS providers is your right. Give your current provider the notice period in your service agreement (usually 14 days), notify your support coordinator, and we handle the handover from our end. Many of our current Logan participants came to us from other providers.
How quickly can you start supports in Logan?
Most new Logan participants have their first shift within 7-10 days of the initial phone call. For urgent or hospital-discharge situations, we can often start within 48 hours.
Do you have a physical office in Logan?
Our main office is in Brisbane CBD at Level 27, Santos Place. We don’t need a physical Logan office because our service is delivered in participants’ homes and in the community — not from an office. We meet participants at their home, in a local cafe, or online as they prefer.
