NDIS Provider Redland — Full Service Support Across the Region

Supporting NDIS Participants Across Redland

Aussie Bridge Care is a registered NDIS provider operating across Redland. We’ve supported NDIS participants in the region for years, with a local team, local knowledge, and a full range of NDIS services delivered from Capalaba, Cleveland, Victoria Point, Thornlands and Wellington Point.
The Redlands are Brisbane’s bayside — a mix of established suburbs like Cleveland and Capalaba, newer residential areas, and the Bay Islands (Russell, Macleay, Lamb, Karragarra). Supporting participants on the Bay Islands is logistically unique — ferry timetables, weather, and limited clinical services on-island shape every roster. We’ve developed specific processes for Bay Islands participants.

Frequently Asked Questions — NDIS Services in Redland

Yes. Our Redland roster covers every suburb in the region. Some suburbs have a higher concentration of participants and more worker availability; others we serve on a smaller scale. Either way, we don’t turn away Redland participants based on suburb.
Yes. Changing NDIS providers is your right. Give your current provider the notice period in your service agreement (usually 14 days), notify your support coordinator, and we handle the handover from our end. Many of our current Redland participants came to us from other providers.
Most new Redland participants have their first shift within 7-10 days of the initial phone call. For urgent or hospital-discharge situations, we can often start within 48 hours.
Our main office is in Brisbane CBD at Level 27, Santos Place. We don’t need a physical Redland office because our service is delivered in participants’ homes and in the community — not from an office. We meet participants at their home, in a local cafe, or online as they prefer.
