Supporting NDIS Participants Across Sunshine Coast
Supporting NDIS Participants Across Sunshine Coast
Aussie Bridge Care is a registered NDIS provider operating across Sunshine Coast. We’ve supported NDIS participants in the region for years, with a local team, local knowledge, and a full range of NDIS services delivered from Maroochydore, Caloundra, Noosa, Nambour, Mooloolaba and Buderim.
The Sunshine Coast covers a vast geographic area from Caloundra in the south to Noosa in the north, and inland to the hinterland communities of Maleny, Montville, and Eumundi. Each pocket has a distinct character — the family-focused coastal suburbs, the retirement communities at Pelican Waters and Caloundra, the holiday-led Noosa area, and the rural-residential hinterland. Our rostering reflects that geography.

Local Knowledge Matters
A registered NDIS provider that doesn’t know the region is always playing catch-up. Our Sunshine Coast team lives and works in the region, which means practical knowledge you actually benefit from every shift:
- Familiarity with local landmarks and services — Sunshine Coast University Hospital at Birtinya, Nambour General Hospital, USC Sunshine Coast Campus at Sippy Downs, and TAFE campuses at Maroochydore and Nambour
- Transport knowledge — The Sunshine Coast rail corridor runs through Nambour, Woombye, Palmwoods, Eumundi, and Yandina with Beerwah and Glass House Mountains further south. The Beerwah-Maroochydore heavy rail extension is under construction but not yet operational. Bus networks are strong through TransLink. We drive participants directly when rail doesn't fit the destination.
- Health services — we regularly coordinate with Sunshine Coast University Hospital (major public tertiary), Nambour General Hospital, Caloundra Health Service, and Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital
- Cultural and community connections reflecting the diversity of Sunshine Coast

Frequently Asked Questions — NDIS Services in Sunshine Coast
Do you service every suburb in Sunshine Coast?
Yes. Our Sunshine Coast roster covers every suburb in the region. Some suburbs have a higher concentration of participants and more worker availability; others we serve on a smaller scale. Either way, we don’t turn away Sunshine Coast participants based on suburb.
Can I change from my current NDIS provider in Sunshine Coast?
Yes. Changing NDIS providers is your right. Give your current provider the notice period in your service agreement (usually 14 days), notify your support coordinator, and we handle the handover from our end. Many of our current Sunshine Coast participants came to us from other providers.
How quickly can you start supports in Sunshine Coast?
Most new Sunshine Coast participants have their first shift within 7-10 days of the initial phone call. For urgent or hospital-discharge situations, we can often start within 48 hours.
Do you have a physical office in Sunshine Coast?
Our main office is in Brisbane CBD at Level 27, Santos Place. We don’t need a physical Sunshine Coast office because our service is delivered in participants’ homes and in the community — not from an office. We meet participants at their home, in a local cafe, or online as they prefer.
