Where Aussie Bridge Care Works
Aussie Bridge Care is a registered NDIS provider based at Level 27, Santos Place, 32 Turbot Street, Brisbane, supporting participants across six South East Queensland regions: Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay, Redland, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Each region has a local coordinator, support workers based in the area, and a dedicated page with suburb-level detail. The Services We Deliver in Every Region
Four core NDIS services are available in all six regions, each with its own local page: Supported Independent Living in shared and individual homes; community nursing delivered by registered nurses in the participant’s home; daily living support covering personal care and household tasks; and social and community participation. Alongside those we provide short-term accommodation and respite care in Brisbane (with local respite pages for Logan and Ipswich, and respite care in Toowoomba), positive behaviour support, specialist mental health support, high intensity supports and, for younger participants, youth mentoring in Brisbane.
NDIS Provider Logan
Logan is one of the most culturally diverse regions in Queensland and one of the fastest-growing NDIS regions. We have supported participants here since before the scheme was called the NDIS, and our Logan team is built to reflect the communities it works in. NDIS Provider Ipswich
Ipswich is Queensland’s oldest provincial city and one of its fastest-growing NDIS regions, particularly through the Springfield and Ripley corridors. It also has a long-established multicultural community. NDIS Provider Moreton Bay
Moreton Bay stretches from the Redcliffe Peninsula across to the D’Aguilar Range. Its population skews older than Brisbane’s average, alongside younger participants in the growth corridors of North Lakes and Mango Hill, and Bribie Island brings its own transport considerations. Short-term accommodation is a particular focus here.

NDIS Provider Redland
The Redlands are Brisbane’s bayside: established suburbs like Cleveland and Capalaba, newer residential areas, and the Bay Islands. Supporting participants on the Bay Islands is logistically unique — ferry timetables, weather and limited clinical services on-island shape every roster — and we have developed specific processes for Bay Islands participants.

NDIS Provider Gold Coast
The Gold Coast is the largest non-capital city in Australia and its NDIS participant numbers have grown fast. The region is long and linear, stretching about 55km from Coomera in the north to Coolangatta in the south, so our rostering is built around the northern growth suburbs, the beach communities and the older established areas separately.

NDIS Provider Sunshine Coast
The Sunshine Coast covers a vast area from Caloundra in the south to Noosa in the north, and inland to the hinterland communities of Maleny, Montville and Eumundi. Each pocket has a distinct character, and our rostering reflects that.
