Aussie bridge Care is a support service provider, committed to empowering people living with disability to actualize an independent living and for those with mental health issues to develop a supported recovery-oriented care plan towards wellbeing and fulfillment, to re-join with the community and build a trusting and lasting relationship. We aim to provide a personal centred care this is culturally sensitive to our clients.
Aussie bridge Care is an initiative of two experience Registered Nurses with over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. We also have experience allied healthcare professionals who have distinguished their self-various fields of endeavor-physiotherapies, social workers, and dieticians. Our goal is to provide support tha’s as simplified as Aussie Bridge Care.
What is NDIS?
The NDIS provides funding to eligible people with disability to gain more time with family and friends, greater independence, access to new skills, jobs, or volunteering in their community, and an improved quality of life.
The NDIS also connects anyone with disability to services in their community. This includes connections to doctors, community groups, sporting clubs, support groups, libraries and schools, as well as providing information about what support is provided by each state and territory government.
If you want to participate in some fun recreational and social activities by attending a social club, art class, park, library, etc, we can help get you engaged to learn a skill, improve your confidence, and live a fulfilling life.
